Most systems guess what a person wants and never check whether the guess was right.
I build the opposite. Systems that read what someone means, match it to the right option, act on it, and then measure that the action was right. Intent, then action.
It only works when both sides are understood. The person: what they mean, what they’re actually after. The options: everything they could be matched with, described deeply enough to be found. Both are written into one ontology, one shared vocabulary, so a match is a comparison of attributes. Most teams model one side well and guess at the other, and the connection is only as good as the weaker side. The options can be products, restaurants for tonight, flights for a family trip, or the meetings that could go on a calendar. Anything that can be described can be connected.
